Emporium is one of Thailand’s premium luxury department stores. This project focuses on redesigning the official website to better reflect the brand’s upscale positioning while transforming the platform into a central hub for information, brand communication, and customer engagement. The redesigned experience aims to support both brand storytelling and commercial objectives while providing a clear and intuitive browsing experience for a wide range of users.

From Research to System Design
The project began with developing three design directions to explore different visual approaches that align with Emporium’s luxury brand identity. Once the direction was finalized, a sitemap and information architecture were created to organize large volumes of content and support a clear user journey across the website.
The design process prioritized user journey clarity and content accessibility, ensuring visitors can easily navigate between brand information, store offerings, and promotional content. All pages were first designed for desktop experience, followed by optimized mobile layouts to maintain usability across devices. The final design specifications were then prepared and handed off to the development team for HTML implementation.


The Designed Solution
The redesigned website presents Emporium with a more refined and structured digital presence that aligns with its luxury positioning. Clear information architecture and improved user flow make it easier for visitors to explore brand information, discover offerings, and engage with the department store. The platform strengthens brand credibility while supporting marketing, lead generation, and sales objectives in a cohesive digital experience.
